Join the dedicated team at Social and Co as an Educational and Social Support Worker, where you will make a significant impact in the lives of young individuals with mental disabilities at our semi-internat center in Levallois Perret.
Our center, located in Hauts-de-Seine, accommodates 70 youth and focuses on providing tailored educational support.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver personalized education plans within the Teaching Unit based on each young person's Personal Educational Project (PEP), under the guidance of the educational supervisor.
Facilitate and connect daily learning experiences, ensuring progression in the youths' educational journey.
Collaborate with young individuals and their families to co-create their Personal Support Project (PSP), offering a diverse range of educational and paramedical support that meets their needs and aspirations.
Implement innovative communication strategies such as ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) and TEACCH (Treatment and Education of Autistic and Related Communication Handicapped Children).
Encourage participation in sports, artistic, and eco-citizen activities.
Desired Profile :
You hold a state diploma as an Educational and Social Support Worker (mandatory).
You have knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities; beginners are welcome.
You are attentive to the needs and requests of individuals and can offer appropriate responses.
You prioritize the well-being, comfort, and safety of those you assist.
