Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
· Effectively organize and implement lessons under your responsibility, adhering to the educational standards set by our organization.
· Identify and meet educational goals per module, based on semester outlines, utilizing standard educational materials (presentations, notes).
· Assess the learning needs of students and tailor lessons according to their levels and the specialization being taught.
· Foster an interactive and enjoyable learning environment by integrating modern tools, technological applications (such as multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations), and experiential learning methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).
· Utilize the school's digital educational systems.
· Participate in educational and developmental activities of the School.
Required Educational Profile:
· In-depth knowledge of the educational subject and professional sector of the specialization taught.
· Natural enthusiasm for supporting and effectively managing students, embracing their youthfulness and diversity.
· Ability to inspire and motivate students, acting as a role model.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills with students and peers, showcasing active listening abilities.
