Mission:

Actively participate in the monitoring of commitments approved by the Profitability Growth Committee. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the Expense Management and Efficiency units, coordinating and validating critical information for regional monthly closures and directly contributing to identifying opportunities within the expense perimeter.

Responsibilities:

Support the comprehensive tracking of cases managed by the Efficiency team, ensuring traceability and compliance with requests.
Monitor the commitments defined in the Profitability Growth Committee while interacting with various business owners and staff.
Build and maintain projection models and files associated with the company's different strategic initiatives.
Assist in consolidating transversal information and actively participate in meetings for data collection and validation with various areas.
Analyze monthly closure information provided by the Expense Management team, ensuring the consistency and quality of the data.

Requirements:

University student in the 7th or 8th cycle of Economics, Administration, Finance, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced Excel skills.
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Experience with Dashboards (in Excel and/or Power BI).
Intermediate English proficiency.
Previous experience in planning areas is desirable.
