Key ResponsibilitiesDesign power transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV class. Conduct electrical design calculations and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM). Create customer technical submittals. Review and verify manufacturing and fabrication drawings. Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Production, QA, Suppliers, and Customers. Ensure adherence to IEC and ANSI standards. Technical RequirementsExperience in:Disc winding, Foil winding, CTC conductors. Hermetically sealed and conservator type transformers. On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). Strong knowledge of:Short circuit calculations. Cooling calculations. Impulse and loading calculations. Deep understanding of transformer insulation, thermal design, and performance optimization.
