RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, specify, and evaluate moderate-complexity RF components within the overall system architecture, with guidance as needed. Conduct relevant analyses including link budgets, antenna pattern evaluations, and compatibility assessments. Create and implement test plans for RF modules, performing evaluations and data assessments. Collaborate with mechanical, software, power, and thermal engineering teams to understand interdependencies. Proactively communicate with the team regarding status updates, risks, and findings. Assist in documentation efforts for RF component designs and test results. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance team efficiency. Actively support colleagues and share knowledge across the team. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in RF engineering within aerospace or relevant applications. Proven capability to design or assess RF components.
