Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our team and focus on the field evaluations of electrical power distribution systems. This role involves analyzing, calculating, and designing for both new and rehabilitated infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field evaluations of existing electrical power distribution systems to assess functionality and efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive calculations, repair drawings, and recommendations for repair or replacement, including detailed specifications and scope of work packages.
• Engage in client and contractor interactions, attend relevant meetings, and oversee the preparation of detailed written reports.
• Provide technical support for field execution, particularly during outage and turnaround projects.
• Contribute to constructability planning, proposal development, and estimate formulation.
• Focus on Medium and Low Voltage Power Distribution for industrial facilities.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Licensure: Engineer-in-Training (E. I. T.) designation preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Electrical Engineering codes and Arc Flash standards is a plus.
• Management: Proven experience in mentoring and leading teams is required.
• Additional Skills: Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
