ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division focuses on two core missions: the development of highly advanced autonomous drones and the mass production of solid rocket motors. We transform products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts to fully operational capabilities by collaborating closely with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team, we design and manufacture solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations, ensuring reliable propulsion systems that meet a diverse array of mission requirements. Our team consists of software engineers, hardware engineers, and engineering technicians eager to contribute to an impressive portfolio ranging from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors.

As part of a dynamic R&D Engineering team, you will engage in the design, prototyping, and deployment of state-of-the-art electro-mechanical systems for autonomous drones. Our team thrives on rapid iteration and cross-functional collaboration, dedicated to delivering high-quality hardware in demanding environments. You will work closely with design engineers, firmware/software teams, and testing specialists to bring new capabilities from concept to field-ready deployment.


ABOUT THE JOB

In the role of Electrical Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development of both prototype and pre-production hardware for autonomous drone systems. Your responsibilities will include assembling complex electromechanical systems and integrating them into final products. You will support multiple projects by managing assembly, rework, test setups, maintenance, and ensuring field readiness. This position is vital for maintaining engineering momentum, ensuring that hardware is built according to specifications, thoroughly tested, and maintained to the highest standards.
