Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage electrical projects in the field, while reporting to the project or construction manager, to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead 2-4 crews/electrical projects, handling 30,000-100,000 man hours or projects valued between $10M-$25M with gross margins exceeding 13%.
  • Supervise 4 or more supervisors, overseeing a total of 50 to 70 employees across one or more sites.
  • Independently initiate and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction through effective team management.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing foremen, journeymen, and apprentices.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on safety and work with top-of-the-line industry equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
