RESPONSIBILITIESAssemble and test spacecraft harnesses according to engineering specifications. Assist in the setup and operation of thermal vacuum chambers and vibration facilities. Ensure adherence to processes and cleanroom protocols by all team members. Take ownership of the product build from individual components to complete assemblies. Implement anomaly resolutions as directed by engineering. QUALIFICATIONSTechnical degree or relevant field certification.2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space product assembly. Proven excellence in assembly and integration tasks. Capable of interpreting technical drawings, process sheets, and work instructions. Familiarity with ESD, FOD, and cleanroom operations. Experience in spacecraft harness fabrication, rework, and installation. A strong passion for the space industry. Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team environment. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and input on requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
