To enhance our capabilities, Alice & Bob is constructing a state-of-the-art prototyping cleanroom in Île-de-France, set to commence operations in early 2026. This facility will accelerate our design iteration process by minimizing chip fabrication lead times and improving our nanofabrication processes.
As the leader of the Electrical Test and Packaging team within the Quantum Hardware department, you will play an essential role in the operation and development of the backend processes crucial for manufacturing our Quantum Processing Units (QPUs). This involves executing room-temperature electrical testing, chip dicing, and wire bonding within sample holders.
Your team will be responsible for the regular delivery of test chips, enhancement of processes aimed at improving quality and efficiency, daily maintenance checks of tools, and overseeing the selection and qualification of new equipment.
We seek a seasoned engineer with significant expertise in backend and electrical testing within semiconductor and superconductor processes to lead and inspire our talented team, ensuring we maintain a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
