Key Responsibilities:Test Plan Development & ExecutionFormulate and implement structured test plans as per the engineering design process (requirements → design → verification → validation). Convert system and subsystem requirements into actionable test cases and procedures. Conduct electrical verification testing at the board, subsystem, and system levels. Perform functional, regression, environmental, and reliability testing. Document test procedures, outcomes, and discrepancies with precision and accuracy. Assist in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of electrical failures. Automated Test Equipment (ATE) DevelopmentParticipate in the design, construction, and upkeep of automated test equipment for PCBAs, harnesses, power systems, and integrated assemblies. Develop and maintain automated test scripts utilizing Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or equivalent tools. Integrate laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DAQs, power supplies, loads, etc.) into automated testing systems. Design and assist in the development of test fixtures to enhance repeatability and efficiency. Contribute to advancements in test automation, data collection, and reporting. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
