Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Email & SMS Marketing Manager to take charge of our Klaviyo and Postscript platforms. This is a hands-on role aimed at maximizing repeat purchase revenue through outstanding Email and SMS campaigns. You will oversee all aspects of campaign creation, flow optimization, audience segmentation, testing, and performance analysis. Collaborating closely with creative and retention teams, you will refine messaging, enhance subscriber engagement, and discover opportunities to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) while reducing churn.
This role begins with channel expertise but is designed for growth; the right candidate will evolve beyond execution to help define how we nurture customer relationships through Email, SMS, and future channels.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all Email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns aimed at driving retention and repeat purchases.
- Design and implement tests across subject lines, copy, calls-to-action (CTAs), timing, audience segmentation, and channel mix.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
