Role Overview
The Embedded Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager works closely with product marketing and sales teams to shape and deliver tailored marketing strategies for strategic accounts. This position combines product marketing, sales enablement, and hands-on ABM execution. The role focuses on translating Neara’s positioning into account-specific narratives, assets, and deal strategies, with direct involvement throughout the sales process.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute account-specific marketing plans in partnership with sales teams.
- Develop a strong technical understanding of the Neara platform to independently deliver demos, configure solutions, and customize offerings for client needs.
- Gather and update intelligence on each account’s ecosystem, including key stakeholders, priorities, constraints, and decision-making processes.
- Create and share tailored assets (such as demo videos, workflow maps, and written perspectives) to engage stakeholders at different deal stages and align with their priorities.
- Provide structured feedback to product marketing, including common objections, effective language, and insights from different stages of the sales cycle.
- Join select customer meetings as a strategic narrative partner, bridging product, industry, and customer insights, especially when synthesizing input across multiple stakeholders is critical to advancing proposals.
