Join our dynamic team as an Embedded Leadership Coach in a hybrid full-time role within a high-growth startup environment. We are seeking candidates who reside in the Ontario area and are willing to engage in onsite work at least part-time.
As a coach trained by Alma, you will significantly influence the organization's culture, people, and overall business success. You will integrate into the company as a full-time employee, playing a pivotal role in developing a robust HR function that encourages individuals to engage in their 'inner work' at the workplace. Your focus will be on nurturing a culture characterized by conscious leadership, transparency, and trust, while instilling the company's core values and principles.
Your responsibilities will include promoting effective change across complex and diverse systems, providing real-time 'spot' coaching, and facilitating long-term leadership development initiatives. You will contribute to building a feedback-driven culture and cultivating the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver various coaching formats, from immediate support to structured leadership development programs, utilizing proprietary coaching tools including 360 assessments.
- Enhance inclusive and transparent communication across the organization while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with HR Business Partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, identifying and escalating themes that affect engagement, hiring, attrition, and growth strategies.
- Maintain strong, proactive relationships across departments to ensure early identification and resolution of potential issues.
- Assist executive and communications teams with change management efforts to tackle ongoing challenges faced by the business and its employees.
- Contribute to initiatives promoting wellness, engagement, and inclusion within the company culture.
- Anticipate training needs, customize development programs for managers, and prepare high-potential employees for advancement.
- Report on cultural trends and provide resources to inspire both personal and professional growth.
