Role Overview: EMEA Site Lead (London, UK)
Pylon Labs is opening its London office and looking for an EMEA Site Lead to launch and grow regional operations. This person will take charge of the EMEA sales pipeline, close deals, and build a local team. The role blends hands-on sales with strategic leadership.
Main Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA sales pipeline and meet revenue goals, personally closing key deals
- Recruit and develop the first EMEA team members, including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and support engineers
- Adapt sales strategies for the European market, considering procurement cycles and GDPR
- Set up the London office, moving from co-working spaces to dedicated facilities as the team grows
- Manage local employment, vendor relationships, and office budgeting
- Serve as the main link between the EMEA region and San Francisco headquarters, sharing product feedback and regional insights
- Work with the product team on localization and compliance, including data residency and GDPR for European clients
