KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide compassionate care and support to all patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the treatment process. Act swiftly to deliver nursing care and emotional assistance during critical situations, from initial triage to discharge. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform advanced procedures as needed, including IVs and blood transfusions. Collaborate effectively with team members to develop care plans and maintain a smooth workflow in the hospital. Be prepared to perform CPR and other life-saving procedures, with ongoing training available through our RECOVER program.
