This role offers a structured environment with 45-minute appointments, thorough pre-visit triage, and a dedicated nursing staff. The focus is on giving veterinarians the time and resources to provide quality medicine without overwhelming schedules. What Makes This Role Different Flexible schedule: choose a 3 or 4 day workweek, with 10–12 hour shifts and no overnight duties. Work alongside a skilled nursing team, maintaining a 3:1 nurse to DVM ratio. Access to Medical Directors for collaboration and consultation. Mix of urgent care and wellness cases to keep clinical skills current. Comprehensive triage before each visit, so every exam starts with preparation. Requirements Current or eligible DVM/VMD license in Colorado. At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred; mentorship is available.
