Required Experience:3+ years in endpoint engineering and SOE managementFamiliarity with hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecyclesAdvanced skills in end-user management and both modern and traditional SOE methodologiesHands-on experience with AVD, Cloud PC, Intune, SCCM/MECMExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build client relationships and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectivesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

About the Role
As a key member of our Endpoint Engineering team, you will help design and maintain resilient desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for our clients. This role involves close collaboration with customers to optimize their operations in line with cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions, pivotal to their digital transformation journey. You'll offer expert 3rd-level support, refine processes, and spearhead continuous improvements in client environments. This is an intermediate role.

Key Responsibilities
As an Endpoint Engineering Specialist, you will focus on:

  • Architecting and maintaining modern SOE frameworks for various clients
  • Collaborating with customers to implement cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions
  • Standardizing support and maintenance processes across diverse environments
  • Providing 3rd-level support and serving as an escalation point for intricate desktop issues
  • Proactively managing and maintaining client SOEs and their underlying infrastructure
  • Delivering project tasks with accuracy and efficiency, contributing to project status reporting
  • Mentoring team members to overcome technical challenges
  • Promoting a health and safety culture in accordance with Datacom policies
