Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the monthly invoicing process for embedded generation while collaborating closely with customers.
- Providing support to Sales and Servicing teams regarding pricing inquiries, serving as the primary contact for internal queries and escalating issues to the Pricing management team.
- Ensuring accurate pricing for the Index portfolio in accordance with established SLAs, minimizing re-billing by paying meticulous attention to contract details.
- Addressing pricing inquiries from customers promptly to prevent billing disruptions.
- Fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Adopting a proactive stance in the re-pricing process for all elements comprising the final customer price, including distribution, transmission, metering, and other industry charges.
- Maintaining precise pricing for customized pricing mechanisms.
- Developing a solid commercial understanding of the electricity industry and its key players.
