Qualifications
Possession of a Master’s Degree. A demonstrated passion for the energy sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or project management within the utilities industry. A robust network within relevant energy companies. A comprehensive understanding of market developments and their implications for stakeholders in the energy value chain. A keen interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in these domains, and a genuine enthusiasm for enabling clients to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written, is essential. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with experience in team management. Capacity to monitor industry trends and initiate actions within Sia to refine our offerings accordingly.

In your role as an Energy & Industry Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through this transitional phase. You will collaborate on a variety of projects, working closely with a dedicated team of Sia consultants and client representatives. Your commitment to excellence will ensure that projects exceed expectations, while also providing mentorship and coaching to fellow consultants. Additionally, you will actively contribute to business development initiatives and support sales efforts.
Example projects may include conducting market entry studies, optimizing operational processes, assisting with investment decision-making, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing outsourcing, and facilitating vendor selection.
