Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the monthly invoicing process for embedded generation, collaborating closely with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for pricing-related queries from the Sales and Servicing teams, addressing issues and escalating them to the Pricing management team as necessary.
- Assist in accurately pricing the Index portfolio, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize re-bill activities.
- Respond promptly to customer pricing inquiries to ensure seamless billing processes.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively support the re-pricing process for all components contributing to the final customer price, including distribution, transmission, metering, and other industry charges.
- Ensure the accurate pricing of tailored pricing mechanisms.
- Develop a solid understanding of the electricity industry and its key players.
