Oversee the monthly invoicing process for embedded generation, collaborating closely with customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for pricing-related queries from the Sales and Servicing teams, addressing issues and escalating them to the Pricing management team as necessary.
Assist in accurately pricing the Index portfolio, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to minimize re-bill activities.
Respond promptly to customer pricing inquiries to ensure seamless billing processes.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proactively support the re-pricing process for all components contributing to the final customer price, including distribution, transmission, metering, and other industry charges.
