Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager to join our expanding Solutions team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of our key clients, driving the adoption and effective use of the BioCatch Behavioral Biometric solution to achieve significant business outcomes. Post-sale, you will define the strategic vision for each client, collaborating closely to resolve challenges and partnering with Account Managers to explore new avenues to leverage BioCatch's data and services against cyber threats. You will work in synergy with your Threat Analyst and Solutions Engineer to deliver tailored solutions to diverse audiences, from executives to business owners, while maintaining your role as a trusted advisor through ongoing engagement. This position will primarily serve top-tier financial institutions across the APAC region.
