As our engineering team continues to expand, we seek a passionate Engineering Manager to help lead our efforts. Your role will be to inspire our developers to produce high-quality code while embracing design thinking. As an Engineering Manager, you'll guide a team of developers in enhancing our core web application. Your focus will be on building a dynamic team by recruiting top talent and engaging with current employees. You will oversee project progress, ensuring alignment with Product and Design teams to deliver exceptional customer value. As we cater to larger clients and refine our hiring product, your leadership will ensure efficient and empathetic execution, this is the Lever way.
