We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager based in Tallinn to lead our engineering team focused on developing Pipedrive’s customer-facing insights, reporting, and analytics features. This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless delivery of functionalities that empower our clients to track performance and make informed data-driven decisions.

We are fostering an AI-centric engineering culture, where artificial intelligence plays a vital role in our workflows. As an Engineering Manager, you will guide a product engineering team and integrate AI into our daily engineering practices, from exploration and prototyping to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include people leadership, enhancing delivery efficiency, and maintaining the operational health of this product area. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and various stakeholders to ensure effective roadmap execution and uphold quality objectives.

You will also work in partnership with business and product teams, as well as a wide range of stakeholders, to influence technical direction, facilitate execution, and ensure alignment of engineering efforts with strategic priorities.
