As an Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a new team dedicated to constructing the analytical and commercial backbone of SumUp's global sales channels. You will be responsible for merging attribution and commission models into a cohesive, scalable product that serves as a single, reliable source for commercial insights and incentive operations.
Your role will encompass overseeing the newly formed Commercial Systems & Intelligence domain within the Acquisition Value stream, collaborating with various Sales Channels, as well as Pricing, Commissions & Incentives.
We seek a hands-on, technically adept leader who can drive excellence in delivery, uphold high engineering standards, and enhance SumUp’s capacity to operate swiftly while ensuring quality and reliability in our web and platform ecosystems.
This position uniquely intersects data, commercial strategy, and product development. You will work closely with Analytics, Data Platform, and Revenue teams to transition our methodology from isolated models to a robust, service-oriented product that effectively links analytics and operations.
