Technical Expertise:Proficient in Microservices and REST API development. Experience with databases including MySQL and MongoDB. Knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CLI, ECS, EKS) or Google Cloud Platform is essential. Familiarity with formal development methodologies. Experience:Over 10 years in Software Development, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a product company preferred. Proven ability to design and implement new product lines from inception to launch. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes, including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations. Background in management within international finance or tech companies, with a solid development foundation. Strong leadership, team-building, motivation, and mentoring skills to foster career growth among engineers. Expertise in producing technical documentation, including specifications and test plans. Familiarity with code and change management processes. Experience working with various stakeholders across different countries with competing priorities.
