Your Role:
As an Engineering Manager at Zania, you will assume a pivotal player-coach role, guiding a high-performing engineering team in developing our core AI platform. We are looking for a technically adept leader who is hands-on, dedicating a significant portion of your time to coding and making key architectural decisions. You will balance technical execution with team leadership, ensuring we maintain our rapid development pace while building a robust, scalable, and secure product for leading enterprises.
Your Responsibilities:
Code Contributions: Lead technical initiatives by dedicating over 50% of your time to coding, reviewing pull requests, and solving complex engineering challenges.
