Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for Cloud Infrastructure, you will spearhead a talented team of senior engineers focused on the critical AWS infrastructure that supports Brex. Your immediate mission will be to drive our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) initiative to successful completion, a top priority that entails multi-region failover and enhancing infrastructure resilience. You will blend leadership with technical expertise, gaining the respect of your senior team while fostering operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration throughout our engineering organization.
Work Environment
This position is based in our San Francisco office, where we embrace a hybrid work model that combines the vibrancy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. We require team members to be in the office at least three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work opportunities each year!
