Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for Cloud Infrastructure, you will lead a talented team of senior engineers who are responsible for the AWS ecosystem that underpins Brex. Your immediate focus will be steering our critical Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) initiative to fruition, which includes multi-region failover and fortifying infrastructure resilience. You will blend people leadership with deep technical engagement, earning the respect of a skilled team while enhancing operational efficiency and cross-department coordination throughout the engineering organization.
Work Environment
This position is based in our Seattle office. We embrace a hybrid work model that balances the energy and connections of office life with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer the option for up to four weeks of fully remote work each year!
