We are seeking our inaugural Engineering Manager to lead teams in achieving our ambitious product roadmap. Driven by our commitment to delivering the ultimate creative software experience for our global community, you will possess extensive technical expertise along with strong people management skills. Your role will involve guiding a dedicated team of engineers to develop and launch mission-critical features, tackle complex technical challenges, establish project parameters, enhance overall development efficiency, and foster the growth of our internal engineering talent.
The Role
This pivotal position will allow you to influence both the codebase and the people management aspect of our engineering team. Your expertise will enable you to contribute as an individual contributor while also mentoring and guiding junior engineers in your capacity as an engineering stakeholder.
You will be a part of our product development team, reporting directly to Michael Shaw, our CTO. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, executives, and members from other departments, you will ensure alignment between engineering initiatives and critical business functions.
Your contributions will bring additional structure and clarity to the development process, allowing executive team members to focus on both their leadership and development responsibilities.
