Your Role
As the Engineering Manager for Acquisition at Bitso, you will play a pivotal role in developing our engineering function from the ground up. This hands-on position requires you to engage directly with the codebase while simultaneously leading a high-performing team. You will influence how we acquire and engage the next generation of cryptocurrency users across Latin America.
This is not a conventional management position. You will be deeply integrated within the codebase with your team, while also guiding the people, processes, and product decisions that drive the success of our Acquisition squad.
