Your Role
As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the Core Backend Foundations team (ATP) in our Platform domain. ATP is responsible for building the foundational Ruby/Rails backend components used by all product teams, including framework elements, reusable building blocks, and ensuring security and reliability by default. Our goal is to streamline backend development for hundreds of engineers, enhancing both speed and safety.
Our Platform domain prioritizes a 'Platform as a Product' philosophy, simplifying complex components so product teams can focus on accelerating their development to better serve healthcare professionals and patients. At ATP, we emphasize quality, scalability, and usability, providing essential components that uphold the highest standards of security.
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a skilled team of engineers, promote a culture of technical excellence, and shape the future of Doctolib’s backend platform. Your responsibilities will include:
