Role Overview: Engineering Manager - Technology
The Engineering Manager will lead technical teams at Gathern, combining deep engineering expertise with strong leadership and operational focus. This role is responsible for guiding teams to deliver complex projects, improving processes, and driving technical standards across the organization. The manager will help shape engineering culture, scale systems, and align technical work with business priorities.
