To continuously enhance the efficiency, speed, and safety of our production machinery, we are seeking an Engineering Manager who will elevate our machine factory and engineering projects to the next level.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the engineering team responsible for developing, improving, and realizing production machines and processes. You will ensure that our machine factory remains agile and can swiftly adapt to Quooker's growth while guaranteeing that all we create adheres to the highest technical and quality standards. Additionally, we aim to professionalize and effectively implement Lean Six Sigma within our engineering processes, with you steering this initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor technological advancements in manufacturing and machinery construction.
Identify innovative opportunities that contribute to more efficient and robust production processes.
Oversee the development and introduction of new machines and production tools.
Establish and maintain standards for engineering projects and machine development.
Plan and allocate design and engineering activities within the team.
Track progress, technical decisions, and costs within engineering projects.
Ensure that new production tools are available on time to increase production capacity.
Collaborate with Operations to successfully implement new solutions.
