The Group-level financial structure is not yet in place, making this a foundational responsibility. Design Cross-Border Treasury Operations: Create a treasury function that manages multi-currency cash, addresses FX controls, thin capitalization rules, and transfer pricing across multiple Asian jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with HMRC transfer pricing and similar requirements throughout Southeast and East Asia, optimizing capital costs.
