Achieve and exceed quarterly goals for Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and brand activations while managing a pipeline of strategic enterprise prospects. Effectively navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (usually 6-9 months) by developing relationships across various departments and addressing objections at all levels. Craft customized proposals and business cases that align Faire's value proposition with each prospect's specific objectives and limitations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Strategy & Analytics, and Revenue Operations, to enhance our enterprise sales approach and share market insights.

About This Role

The Enterprise Account Executive plays a pivotal role in our brand acquisition strategy by collaborating with larger, more complex brands to onboard them onto the Faire platform. You will manage a portfolio of strategic prospects, navigate intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and help define our enterprise partnership strategies. This position is ideal for candidates who have experience selling in mid-market or upper mid-market environments, where deals typically require engagement with 5-6 stakeholders and span several quarters. You are a compelling storyteller with a strong understanding of change management, capable of articulating value to decision-makers who are protective of their existing distribution strategies.
