About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to bring Kastle’s innovative solutions to the boardrooms of the nation’s most sophisticated financial institutions and convert conversations into actionable deployments.

This role demands a strategic mindset, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to navigate intricate enterprise sales cycles. You will play a crucial role in introducing our state-of-the-art AI agents into the operations of the largest banks and lenders in the country.

As you excel in this role, you will also be tasked with building a high-performing go-to-market team to ensure Kastle's leadership in consumer lending across North America.

Location preference: San Francisco, CA.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to engage key accounts in mortgage lending, servicing, and consumer banking.

  • Craft, execute, and successfully manage RFPs to deploy AI Agents within lenders' operations.

  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes (C-suite, InfoSec, legal, and procurement) within large enterprise organizations.

  • Predict sales activities and revenue outcomes.

  • Generate and qualify outbound leads through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.

  • Stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Contribute to the refinement of our sales strategies and processes as we grow.

  • Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and present tailored solutions.

  • Help develop content and narratives that enhance enterprise credibility (case studies, articles, event presentations).
