Experience You’ll Need:10+ years of technology sales experience, with a focus on IT Infrastructure or SaaS, ideally both. Proven success in acquiring net new clients. A strong record of performance in selling to enterprise-level companies. Experience in generating a pipeline of net new business logos through self-sourced activities. Familiarity with MEDDPICC as a sales qualification and execution methodology. Experience in working with channel partners. Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with a proactive 'get it done' attitude.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will take charge of driving bookings growth within both new and existing accounts in Canberra. We are looking for a driven self-starter, laser-focused on acquiring new clients by identifying and nurturing opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and executing effective account strategies while promoting expansion within our current customer base. You will collaborate daily with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to surpass sales quotas.

What You'll Do:

  • Formulate and implement robust sales plans for your territory to consistently exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Develop and oversee a sales pipeline to effectively navigate a significant volume of strategic transactions.
  • Identify and secure new growth opportunities by engaging with large enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik’s innovative solutions within complex data center design settings.
  • Collaborate with partners, distributors, and VARs to foster rapid growth.
  • Provide insights to Rubrik management regarding local market opportunities and the identification of new business and channel partnership opportunities.
