ROLE OVERVIEW
We are in search of an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a results-driven individual who excels at closing deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. Your mission will be to understand the unique challenges of each prospect and align them with Rasa’s innovative solutions, demonstrating our value to both users and decision-makers.
You will articulate how Rasa’s platform can be leveraged across various industries while managing intricate sales cycles.
As a startup, adaptability is key. You will be expected to be hands-on and proactive in driving our mission forward. In this role, you will:
Develop and implement a strategic territory plan targeting high-value enterprise accounts, taking on the role of a full-cycle hunter to generate your own leads while collaborating with SDRs and Marketing.
Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes (6-12 months) involving technical advocates (Developers, Architects) and executive decision-makers (C-Suite, LOB Heads).
Connect technical advantages of our products with business objectives, confidently discussing APIs, open-source frameworks, and infrastructure integrations with engineering teams.
Lead a virtual team comprising Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Product to secure both technical and commercial victories.
Demonstrate and validate the technical capabilities and business value of Rasa’s platform.
Maintain accurate forecasts and manage your sales activities to consistently achieve revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to identify new opportunities within our existing client base.
