Enterprise Account Executive – Central Region

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to spearhead our growth initiatives across the Central United States. This territory presents abundant opportunities across various sectors including manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services.
This role is perfect for a driven individual with a founder’s mindset who excels at building a pipeline from the ground up, closing intricate enterprise deals, and contributing to the creation of a go-to-market strategy in our fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Development
Take ownership of the Central US territory by developing and implementing a strategic plan to identify, engage, and secure high-value enterprise clients.
Focus on industries and accounts where automation can deliver immediate ROI (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, energy, insurance, healthcare).
Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, events, and channel partnerships.
Customer Engagement
Lead consultative sales conversations with senior leaders, including CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Automation or Operations.
Analyze each client’s unique business challenges and align them with high-impact automation solutions.
Establish long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to enhance influence across the organization.
Sales Execution
Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals that resonate with each customer's strategic priorities.
Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including proof of concepts and procurement processes.
Collaborate closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective implementation and realization of customer value.
Thought Leadership & Market Insight
Stay informed about trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation within your territory.
Provide valuable insights to the GTM and product teams to refine messaging and strategy.
