About the Position:
We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in sales and account management, particularly in open-source or enterprise software settings. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in executing our growth strategy, significantly influencing our recurring revenue's stability and expansion. This position is perfect for a sales professional experienced in securing new clients, retaining existing ones, and driving account growth for innovative enterprise products in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to engage enterprise clients, focusing on developing and sustaining a strong pipeline for long-term growth.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiations and closing, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure a smooth sales process and alignment with customer requirements.
Identify customer challenges and align our solutions accordingly, providing tailored product demonstrations and presentations that address their specific business needs.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead account development efforts by investigating prospective customers, understanding industry trends, and devising strategies to capture new business and expand existing accounts.
Track and manage sales activities and outcomes, accurately forecasting opportunities and maintaining detailed records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to effectively position our product and maintain a competitive advantage.
Support business growth initiatives by providing insights to product and marketing teams that influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
