Educating customers on the advantages of Dataiku in a thoughtful and engaging manner. Driving revenue growth through proactive outreach to existing customer accounts. Offering tailored recommendations based on each customer’s unique business needs and usage patterns. Managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously at various stages of the Dataiku buying cycle. Demonstrating a strong ability to establish C-Level vision alignment with prospects and customers, fostering collaboration across diverse groups and cultivating champions. Experience in selling innovative solutions and new concepts to large enterprises. Responding to inbound customer communications and effectively organizing and escalating issues, including billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries. Acting as the voice of the customer and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across our offerings.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Account Executive to join our vibrant team in Japan! In this role, you will engage with prospects and customers regarding their initiatives, assisting them in developing a more efficient approach utilizing our Data Science Studio (DSS) platform. The Enterprise Account Executive will oversee the complete sales cycle, effectively leveraging various company resources to forge successful collaborations with prospects. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
