What We’re Looking For:

The Enterprise Account Executive is a pivotal hunter role that is integral to our go-to-market strategy. This position is responsible for generating new business within enterprise organizations, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong consultative sales abilities and effectively engage multiple stakeholders across organizations to provide impactful learning solutions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle and pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed annual, quarterly, and monthly sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement strategic account and territory plans to secure new enterprise clients.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring 4X pipeline coverage at all times.
  • Facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder meetings.
  • Exhibit sales discipline by maintaining pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and thorough territory and account plans, along with stakeholder mapping.

This role collaborates with the broader enterprise sales team to achieve collective revenue goals.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

End-to-end sales:

  • Achieve an annual sales quota exceeding $1.5M.
  • Utilize a consultative, value-based sales approach with a strong focus on structured Discovery conversations to unlock high-value opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans targeting new enterprise clients in the US and Canada.
  • Leverage industry insights, content, events, and thought leadership to cultivate and engage a high-quality network of buyer personas.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and executive-level meetings.
  • Build relationships and a network of decision-makers and buyer personas.
  • Deliver value at every stage of the customer journey.
