Key Responsibilities: Account Ownership: Act as the main contact and relationship steward for significant enterprise accounts within your territory. Be a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business transformation goals. Territory Planning: Create detailed territory and account strategies, actively drive outbound pipeline generation autonomously, and collaborate efficiently with Business Development Representatives. Successful Adoption: Facilitate the smooth integration of LaunchDarkly within these large enterprises through effective account management. Work closely with engineering, customer success, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. Visibility Enhancement: Boost LaunchDarkly's presence and effectively communicate our value proposition to Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives within these large enterprises. Cross-functional Leadership: Drive complex deal cycles by leading cross-functional teams (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product) to achieve unified customer outcomes. Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional leaders to influence strategic initiatives, including enterprise positioning, sales strategies, and customer engagement models. About You: You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are self-driven, taking full ownership of your role and obligations.
