As an Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and expanding our key customers within the Manufacturing sector. Your expertise in selling within this domain will enable you to effectively navigate and accelerate deal cycles. You possess a deep understanding of our product offerings and are passionate about conveying their value to both customers and partners. Your proactive approach to prospecting will help you secure new accounts while nurturing growth in existing relationships. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Manufacturing, Automotive, and Healthcare Sales in Japan.
Your Impact:
- Drive the acquisition of new logos with strategic Manufacturing accounts.
- Develop a focused strategy for logo acquisition.
- Enhance Databricks' use cases in both existing and newly acquired accounts to maximize customer impact.
- Establish vital relationships with C-Level executives, including those in Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science roles, who will advocate for you within their organizations.
- Create value in all interactions to facilitate successful negotiations.
- Plan and document the growth trajectory of Databricks usage for your clients.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of your customers' businesses.
- Provide leadership to customers, key staff, and technical teams.
- Identify critical data use cases and buying centers to enhance Databricks’ impact across organizations.
- Leverage Databricks teams and ecosystem partners to amplify your sales efforts.
