Role overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will identify new business opportunities and nurture both new and existing enterprise accounts. The position calls for a proven record in selling to large organizations, strong communication skills to convey Databricks’ product value, and a dedication to customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The role reports directly to the Sales Director for Italy.
What you will do
- Analyze the assigned territory to develop and execute a tailored sales strategy.
- Apply a solution-oriented sales approach to deliver value for new enterprise accounts.
- Secure early wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
- Maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce, tracking use cases, timelines, next steps, and forecasts.
- Consistently exceed sales activity and quarterly revenue targets.
- Promote the benefits of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all managed accounts.
Reporting line
This role reports directly to the Sales Director for Italy.
