We are in search of a driven and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive, enthusiastic about aiding organizations in transforming their operations. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of stimulating growth by engaging with top enterprises, comprehending their unique challenges, and delivering customized solutions that empower teams to excel. Must be located in San Diego and willing to work in-office 3-4 days a week as we transition to a hybrid workplace model.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive new business by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value Enterprise and Strategic prospects into loyal customers.

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts, fostering robust relationships with key decision-makers and crafting personalized solutions to meet complex business needs.

  • Exceed sales targets consistently by generating new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and utilizing marketing-qualified leads.

  • Lead expansion initiatives within existing Enterprise accounts by uncovering additional use cases, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and promoting adoption across various business units.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to both prospective and current customers, effectively showcasing value and ROI.

  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance lead generation, accelerate sales cycles, and maximize expansion revenue.

  • Analyze customer segments and market trends to discover new business opportunities and continuously enhance the quality of outreach and engagement.
