What You’ll Achieve:Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Enterprise customers. Identify, manage, and close new business opportunities within your designated accounts. Build and utilize customer advocates to increase usage across various teams and departments. Engage with executive and IT stakeholders for Asana deployment. Promote productivity and collaboration enhancements through effective work management in EMEA organizations. Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Services for both in-person and virtual customer engagements. Create and implement a quarterly strategy focused on maximizing revenue in your territory. Innovate and experiment with new processes that can be applied globally across Asana. About You:Over 10 years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in enterprise account development or customer growth. Demonstrated success in selling SaaS or B2B technology solutions to large enterprise clients. Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and contemporary CRM/work management platforms. Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Your contributions will be vital in energizing Asana's revenue growth through innovation, enabling us to scale our operations and enhance customer value continuously. You will become a part of a talented group committed to aiding our current and prospective customers in harnessing the full potential of Asana and effective work management.
This position is based in our Paris office, following an office-centric hybrid model. Most team members work onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.
