Your Mission
Step into the impactful role of Enterprise Account Manager for Peak, now a part of UiPath, as we collaborate to create a cutting-edge agentic AI platform. After a decade of successful AI implementations, Peak’s AI optimizes inventory and pricing for global leaders such as Nike, The Body Shop, and PepsiCo. Our goal is straightforward: to empower organizations to make exceptional commercial decisions through AI.
In this position, you will deliver tangible business results by enabling leading enterprises to harness the value of agentic AI. You will nurture trusted, strategic partnerships with clients, guiding them on their AI transformation journey and helping them translate ambition into measurable success. By collaborating with multiple teams, you will swiftly understand complex customer challenges and connect them with the appropriate AI-driven solutions. With an emphasis on engaging executives, effective storytelling, and achieving results, you will be crucial in expediting customers’ AI journeys and realizing impactful commercial value through our solutions.
What You'll Accomplish at UiPath
Act as the main contact for a portfolio of Peak’s enterprise growth accounts.
Develop and implement account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, surpassing net revenue objectives.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Briefings, and ongoing Success Plans.
Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and Technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and foster AI adoption for maximum customer value.
Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, from end users to C-suite executives.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and the AI/automation sector to influence customer strategies and position yourself as a thought leader.
Provide structured customer feedback to shape the product roadmap and marketing strategies.
